Frequently Asked
-
Yes — the swap itself needs no PrivSwap login or ID upload. You still send from a normal wallet. Save the Exchange ID if you might return within 24 hours; that ID is an order handle, not a user profile. We never store personal data.
-
After you send, wait until the send chain includes the tx at the depth that order lists. The page can stay on “awaiting deposit” until then. Detection is automatic — there is no extra PrivSwap form once the coins arrive.
-
Many payouts leave within a few minutes after the deposit confirms. Packed mempools or a cheap send fee stretch that. PrivSwap keeps swaps anonymous and does not store personal data.
Timing is the two blockchains in the pair. PrivSwap does not insert an account review between deposit and payout.
-
If an order cannot finish, recovered coins are still reachable with the Exchange ID on PrivSwap.
- Failed swaps are flagged on the order — you do not create a PrivSwap user to report them — privacy-first.
- Refunds go to an address you name (often the one you sent from), minus the chain fee when it applies.
- Keep the Exchange ID; that is what support searches.
Email [email protected] or SimpleX with that ID if the page is unclear — privacy-first.
-
Send: Exchange ID, deposit tx hash if you have it, network badge, and a screenshot of the order. PrivSwap keeps swaps anonymous and does not store personal data.
That is enough inside the 24-hour window. PrivSwap has no account username to look up — privacy-first.
-
- Send from a regular wallet — not a smart-contract call, DEX router, or batch relayer.
- Match the token and chain shown on the PrivSwap order before you send.
- If status has not moved, wait a few minutes; chain indexers are not instant.
About PrivSwap
-
{brand} is a NO-KYC privacy crypto exchange for anonymous direct-wallet swaps: choose a pair, enter a payout address, and send from the wallet you control. There is no PrivSwap profile, no KYC file, and no balance kept in your name. Payout begins after the deposit reaches the confirmation depth shown on that order. We never store personal data.
Majors, stables, and privacy coins share the same flow. The quote is visible before you send. Keep the Exchange ID if you might reopen the page within 24 hours.
-
You need one private transfer with the rate shown up front — not a trading account that demands KYC and a funded balance.
1. Rate first.
Fixed or float already includes the service fee. You send only after you accept that number.2. No profile gate.
Nothing to register. If payout stalls, support uses the Exchange ID — not a user login.3. One send, one receive.
Enter the destination, pay the exact deposit, and PrivSwap pushes the receive asset.4. Browser-ready.
Works on phone or desktop — no app install.5. No ID upload.
{brand} does not ask for documents to start a privacy-first swap. -
{brand} is a no-account privacy route: you never fund a site wallet, and we do not keep personal data. Support answers by email and SimpleX using the Exchange ID. Orders are not kept as a lasting user archive.
Public reviews on third-party sites can help, but always match the network badge before you send.
-
Example: Bitcoin out, Ethereum in.
- Step 1. Set Bitcoin as send and the amount. PrivSwap shows the ETH you would receive (fixed or float).
- Step 2. Enter or scan the Ethereum address that should get the payout, then confirm.
- Step 3. Send the exact BTC amount to the deposit on that order. After Bitcoin confirmations, ETH is pushed to the address from step 2.
Keep the Exchange ID for the 24-hour window. There is no PrivSwap login that restores the page later.
About exchange
-
Fixed rate
The payout amount shown when you open the PrivSwap order is what you should receive if you send on time.
- 0.8% service fee + network fee.
- The quoted rate is held for about 10 minutes.
- If the market moves more than 1% before your payment appears on-chain, you can request a refund or continue at the current market rate.
Important: Your payment must arrive within 10 minutes, and the amount sent must exactly match your order. Otherwise you will be prompted to refund or continue at market.
Float rate
The final rate is set after your payment reaches the required confirmations. Markets up → you may receive more; markets down → you may receive less.
- 0.4% service fee + network fee.
- Final rate is determined within about 10 minutes after required confirmations.
-
PrivSwap offers two pricing modes:
- Fixed rate: {brand} fee 0.8% + network fee. Rate locks when the order is created.
- Float rate: {brand} fee 0.4% + network fee. Rate settles only after your deposit is confirmed. The receive amount can move with the market.
Network fees go to miners/validators and differ by chain.
-
Once your deposit is seen and reaches the confirmations that order requires, PrivSwap sends the payout to the address you entered. Duration depends on both chains, your send fee, and mempool load — not a manual KYC review. Quiet routes often finish in minutes; busy rails take longer.
-
PrivSwap cannot credit a swap until the send chain includes your tx at the required depth. A cheap fee can leave the deposit unconfirmed for a long time. The order will not skip that wait. Bump the fee in your wallet (RBF where allowed) if the tx sits in the mempool.
-
Each chain has its own fee market. Paying above the wallet default usually improves inclusion priority. Most wallets already suggest a sane fee — do not cut it if you need the PrivSwap payout soon.
On Bitcoin or Ethereum, RBF (or the chain’s equivalent) can bump a stuck send. PrivSwap does not control miner/validator inclusion of your deposit.
-
The string must match the receive asset and network on that order. An Ethereum 0x address will not validate for Tron TRC-20, and a Bitcoin bech32 string will not validate for Litecoin. Change the receive coin/network, or paste an address your wallet generated for that rail.
About orders
-
Watch the PrivSwap order page as deposit and payout progress on-chain. Keep the tab open when you can. Explorer links appear once transactions hit the mempool or a block. If you leave, the Exchange ID is your only lookup key.
-
If the deposit never arrives before the order window ends, the order page (while it still exists) typically lets you:
- Continue at a float rate once the late deposit confirms; or
- Request a refund of what arrived, minus the network fee the chain charges, to an address you name.
Message support with the Exchange ID if the 24-hour page is already gone.
-
- Browser history may still check the same URL inside the 24-hour window.
- If not, email [email protected] or SimpleX with the Exchange ID. There is no account login that lists old swaps.
-
Orders are not a user archive. PrivSwap removes the page 24 hours after creation so no lasting profile remains — and we never store personal data. Copy the Exchange ID while the order is live if you might need support to look it up.
