These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to PrivSwap at privswap.io, a NO-KYC Privacy Crypto Exchange. By opening a swap session or browsing the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement
Using PrivSwap creates a binding agreement between you and the operators of PrivSwap. The interface offers one-session wallet swaps: you choose a pair, paste a payout address, fund the deposit shown on that order, and receive the output asset at the address you named.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms. By using PrivSwap you confirm that:
- You meet the minimum age required where you live.
- You are not located in, and are not a resident of, any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.
- You are not listed on an applicable sanctions or restricted-persons list.
- Your use complies with laws that apply to you, including tax and AML rules in your jurisdiction.
3. What PrivSwap provides
PrivSwap is a non-custodial privacy swap interface. We do not hold a customer balance in your name, do not require registration for a standard order, and do not ask for KYC documents to start a privacy swap.
You keep wallet keys at all times. We are not responsible for lost seeds, compromised devices, or sends to the wrong network or address type. Orders are look-up by Exchange ID for about 24 hours only — there is no lasting user archive.
4. Compliance
You must follow the laws that apply where you operate. For order help, contact [email protected] with the Exchange ID — not a username.
5. Your responsibilities
When you use PrivSwap you agree to:
- Secure your stack: Protect devices, wallets, and private keys. Loss of access is not recoverable by PrivSwap.
- Obey the law: Follow tax, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering rules that apply to you.
- Enter accurate details: Network badges, memos/tags, amounts, and payout addresses must match the order. Confirmed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us.
- Accept crypto risk: Volatility, chain congestion, and software bugs can affect timing and value between quote and settlement.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use PrivSwap to:
- Commit fraud or unauthorized activity
- Launder funds, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions
- Move proceeds of crime
- Attack, overload, or disrupt the platform
- Bypass security or compliance controls
- Violate applicable law or third-party rights
We may restrict access and, where required, report suspected abuse to competent authorities.
7. Privacy posture
Standard PrivSwap swaps do not require an account. We process only what is needed to settle a session order and meet narrow legal duties, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Fees
Service fees are embedded in the rate shown before you confirm. Network fees paid to miners or validators vary by chain. Confirming an order means you accept the fee and rate displayed at that moment.
9. Risks and disclaimers
Market moves: Crypto prices can change between quote and settlement. We are not liable for mark-to-market losses.
Infrastructure: Chains, wallets, and the internet can fail, congest, or contain bugs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
External networks: Settlement depends on blockchains we do not control. Delays or failures on those rails are outside our warranty.
No advice: Nothing on PrivSwap is investment, legal, or tax advice. You trade at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PrivSwap and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including:
- Loss of coins from user error, wrong-network sends, or chain failures
- Losses from price volatility
- Unauthorized access to wallets you control
- Delays caused by mempool congestion
- Actions taken to comply with law, including refusing or restricting an order
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless PrivSwap, its operators, and affiliates against claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last Updated” date will change when we publish a revision. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes related to PrivSwap will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
14. Suspension
We may restrict or terminate access at any time for suspected Terms violations or legal compliance. Prior rights and obligations survive termination.
15. Severability
If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining Terms stay in effect.
