This Privacy Policy describes how PrivSwap (privswap.io), a NO-KYC Privacy Crypto Exchange, treats information when you open a wallet-to-wallet swap session. We design the product so you never create a user profile: there is no signup form, no KYC upload, and no hosted exchange balance in your name.
1. Who we are
PrivSwap provides a browser interface that matches a single deposit to a single payout address. Coins stay under the keys you control until you broadcast, and again after payout lands. We do not operate as a custodial brokerage that stores customer ledgers or identity dossiers.
2. What a PrivSwap session processes
A standard privacy swap can finish without an account. To settle that order we may process:
- Deposit and payout wallet addresses you enter
- Asset amounts, networks, and on-chain transaction identifiers
- An Exchange ID used only as a short-lived order handle
Those operational fields exist so the swap can confirm and so support can locate a live order. They are not used to build a marketing profile.
3. What we deliberately do not collect
PrivSwap is structured to avoid personal dossiers. For ordinary use we do not ask for:
- Government ID, selfies, or proof-of-address packages
- Email or phone as a mandatory account credential
- IP address or device fingerprints kept as a user record
If a browser stores theme or language locally, that preference stays on your device for UI convenience only.
4. How session data is used
Processed order fields are used solely to:
- Match your deposit, complete the exchange, and push the payout
- Answer a support ticket that cites a valid Exchange ID
- Respond to a lawful request when applicable law requires it
We do not sell, rent, or license order data for advertising networks or lead brokers.
5. Cookies and local storage
Site storage is limited to essential preferences (for example theme and language). We do not run analytics cookies, ad pixels, or cross-site trackers on the PrivSwap interface. Disabling cookies may reset those local preferences; it does not create a PrivSwap account.
6. Security measures
We protect session traffic with TLS in transit and restrict backend access to systems needed to operate swaps. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed on any internet service; you remain responsible for your wallets, seed phrases, and devices.
7. Retention window
Operational order logs on PrivSwap are retained for 24 hours, then removed from our systems so they are not available as a lasting user archive. Copy the Exchange ID while the order page is live if you may need support later.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what limited operational data still exists for an Exchange ID, to request correction of an obvious error, or to ask for deletion subject to legal holds. 9. Minors
PrivSwap is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process swaps for minors. If you believe a minor used the service, write to support and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Policy updates
We may revise this page. The “Last Updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of privswap.io after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
